What happens after you send the facts?

The Philly Lawyer is an intake and referral desk. Send a short description and where the matter happened. The desk reviews the message for a possible introduction to a lawyer who handles that work.

  1. Send your name, email, location, and what happened. Include any date already on your paperwork. Do not send sensitive records.
  2. The desk reviews the information for a possible referral. A submission reference confirms that your inquiry was saved; it does not confirm acceptance by a lawyer.
  3. The receiving lawyer decides whether to take the matter and explains fees, deadlines, and the terms of any representation.

Does a message hire a lawyer?

No. A form submission or chat does not create an attorney-client relationship, give legal advice, or pause a deadline. A response time, referral, acceptance, and outcome are not guaranteed. If time is short, contact a lawyer directly.

Can I start in chat?

Yes. The automated assistant can explain the process and point to public guides. Chat alone does not send an inquiry. Choose “Send a referral request,” review the details, and submit the form.
